What to include
The fastest fixes happen when you give us enough context. For grading issues, mention your university, programme, and academic year. Paste a link to the official handbook or examinations page if you have one — not a screenshot of someone else's WhatsApp message unless that is all you have.
- Wrong scale: university name, expected vs actual grade points, source link
- New campus request: full university name, country, grading system (4.0, 10.0, etc.)
- Privacy / ads: describe your concern; we will point you to the right policy section
- Press or partnership: brief description and your organisation
Please do not send passwords, national ID numbers, or full transcripts unless absolutely necessary. We almost never need them to update a public grading table.
